Cohort leadership and tiered leadership trainings are organised and aligned to Emotionally Intelligent Leadership model, catering to the different tiers of student leaders. The alignment helps to standardize leadership training while addressing the unique needs of each leadership tier, fostering a consistent and impactful leadership culture across the school.
