Application Procedure
1. Download and complete the application form. You may also request for
a hardcopy from the School’s General Office.

2. Attach the following documents together with the application form:

Photocopy of the NRIC (front and back)

List of proposed menu and pricing for all items. You may refer to the current canteen pricing list here.

Photocopy of relevant certificates such as Basic Food Hygiene Course, etc.
3. Submit the completed application form and documents by closing date via email OR to the School's General Office.

Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) for stallholder and stall assistant.

Able to provide good service and quality food with prices determined in consultation with the school.

Able to provide cooked food that meets the health / nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) under the "Healthy Meals in Schools Programme (HMSP)" guidelines here.

Able to maintain high standard of food safety and personal hygiene.

Healthy and fit to operate the stall.
Applicants should preferably fulfil the following criteria:

Successful applicant and stall assistant(s) must possess the WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

Possess catering experience or experience operating in a school environment.

Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall license from Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
*Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Selection Committee at the applicant's own expense.
Setting up of MOE Kindergarten at Bukit View Primary in 2028
We are pleased to share with you that MOE will be setting up an MOE Kindergarten (MK) within Bukit View Primary School in 2028. This is 1 year after we move to Bukit Batok West in 2027, where we will be enjoying new facilities such as Indoor Sports Hall, Performing Arts Studio, Field and Band Room. The MK at Bukit View Primary School will enrol Kindergarten 1 (K1) children from January 2028. You may read more about MK here

Please be informed that the school will not be offering Hindi as In-School Parallel Programme (ISPP) for P1 students from 2024. P1 students may offer Hindi at a nearby weekend centre (Beacon Primary, Rulang Primary or Lakeside Primary). Relocation of Bukit View Primary School to Bukit Batok West in January 2027
The Ministry of Education has announced on 9 Feb 2023 that Bukit View Primary School will relocate to a new campus at the junction of Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 and 8, in January 2027. (Press Release)
We are excited about this new development as the new campus will have state of the art design and provide new educational facilities, such as a band room, dance studio, and an indoor sports hall, to further enhance students’ learning experiences
